These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Scrap website, product purchases and related customer services.

Website Use and Eligibility

Users may browse the site for lawful purchasing and product-information purposes. A customer placing an order must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction under applicable law.

Products and Descriptions

We aim to present useful product names, specifications, intended uses and images. Minor non-material variations may occur in production, but materially different goods will not be substituted without proper customer agreement.

Availability

Products are listed as in stock where inventory information is reasonably current. An order is accepted only after availability is confirmed and an order confirmation is issued.

Pricing

Prices are shown in EUR. Product price, shipping, applicable taxes and any other mandatory charges should be presented before order confirmation. Hidden fees are not permitted.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order request does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Order confirmation is provided after required checks and any applicable payment authorisation are completed.

Payment

Available payment methods are communicated during checkout or order confirmation and must be completed through an approved secure payment method.

Shipping

Shipping options, rates and estimates are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination and carrier conditions.

Returns

The Returns & Refunds policy describes the 30-day return process and refund timing. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable where they cannot legally be excluded.

Warranty

The 12-Month Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal intended use subject to its stated exclusions and applicable law.

Prohibited Use

Users must not interfere with site security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, deploy malicious code, scrape in a manner that harms site operation or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

Site text, layout, original illustrations and Scrap branding may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Third-party intellectual property rights must also be respected.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections depend on the customer’s location and the seller’s legal establishment. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
